Wherever you are on your coaching journey, there is so much we can learn from each other and from coaches who have experience both in coaching and building their businesses. Please join us on October 28th for a Conversation With Seasoned Coaches.

Our panel of seasoned coaches will offer their insights and facilitate an interactive small group conversation around key questions including:

  • What are some effective ways of getting clients?

  • How do you approach marketing & business development?

  • How are you using technology and innovating, especially in 2020?

Mark Sachs
– Mark Sachs, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and organization consultant who for more than 20 years has helped executives and managers reach their full potential.  He also has a specific interest in helping his clients set effective boundaries with others.

Catrese Brown – Catrese Brown, PCC, is a consultant, trained facilitator, and certified coach based in Maryland who supports nonprofit organizations and individuals through change, transition, and transformation. Her coaching practice focuses on Transition Coaching for organizations and individuals, Executive Coaching for executives in nonprofit organizations, and coaching intact work teams. Catrese is one of the 4 founding members of the ICF Maryland chapter and was President of ICF Maryland in 2015.

Wilma Brockington-Parker – Wilma Brockington-Parker, PCC, is an executive and business coach.  She leverages her formal coach training with practical corporate business experience to demonstrate impactful coaching linked to results.

Karen Jacobs – Karen Jacobs, principal owner of The Integrity Team, Inc. is a results-oriented executive-level PCC certified coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant with over 30 years of leadership, management, and process improvement expertise. She has extensive experience working directly with executives and an in-depth background in building and developing organizations and cohesive teams to meet business outcomes. Karen served on the ICF MD Board for several years in various Director positions.
