  • Distinguish and use strengths and strengths tools as a pathway to client engagement with life and work

Positive Psychology is foremost a way of looking at the world - of looking for what’s working.  This workshop will share Positive Psychology concepts, trends, coaching tools, exercises and assessments that you can use with clients and with yourself.  You’ll learn about:

  • Positive Psychology and how positive emotions aren’t just signals of well-being; they are creators of well-being

  • The flourishing framework from renowned Positive Psychologist Martin Seligman

  • The Positivity Ratio that can enable clients to go from languishing to thriving

  • How to use strengths and strengths tools as a pathway to make life and work more engaging, energizing and meaningful

  • And you’ll walk away with an assessment that identifies positive and negative thinking styles for insight into how your clients - and you - view the world

You will explore a set of coaching tools that you can use with your clients with comfort and confidence.   Additionally, you will know that those tools are grounded in scientific psychological research to show that they ACTUALLY WORK to achieve the outcomes you want.
