For coaches and your clients…for business and life…for richer or poorer (kidding!)…

Start 2019 off with fun, excitement about the possibilities ahead, and with determination, so that you can have a positive mindset and develop more resiliency, no matter what is happening in your life.

Have you worked with a client who is stuck or overwhelmed? Have you ever felt that way? Do you have a client who is fearful and anxious? How are clients with change and transition? How are you with change and transition? Are you or your clients energized or depleted at the end of a day? Create a new story in 2019.

My formula is simple and can be immediately applied to your life and to your coaching:

Positive, Productive Self-Talk + Resilience = Thriving Life

This presentation’s takeaways:

  • Proven positive self-talk strategies

  • Resilience techniques

  • Influence of change and transition

  • Neuroscience in lay-terms to support people in making positive changes in their lives

Susan Commander Samakow, PCC, CPCCWith a compelling combination of leadership savvy, straight-to-the-point smarts, and a signature warm commanding presence, Susan Commander Samakow is America’s Premier Self Talk Coach. She is a business owner, wife, mother of two, former President of the DC Chapter of the International Coach Federation, and is passionate about living and teaching others confidence and resilience strategies that make a difference. She earned the PCC certification from the ICF, and her CPCC from CTI. Susan graduated from the ORSC program, C-IQ, Foundations of Positive Psychology, served as the Education Committee Chair for ICF, and created the East Coast Chapter Leaders, as well as unifying the ICF with ATD and CBDON.

Waking up energized and going to sleep fulfilled is a gift that Susan carries with her each and every day. Yet, she knows not everyone experiences life in this way, and her mission is to change that.   Susan’s talks, workshops, and programs get to the inner core of what drives her audiences and clients to be fulfilled and helps them quickly transition forward. Her programs, workshops and coaching sessions help clients learn what is getting in their way and arms them with the skills to move forward to fulfilling success.

Ultimately, the audience demand for Susan’s expertise has led to publishing her first book, Talk Yourself Into Success and her Mindcamp for Women Professionals.

Passionate about the new “neuroscience” of the brain, and empowering others to reach their greatest potential, Susan Commander Samakow is poised to be one of the new thought leaders on self-talk, resilience, and transition for today’s modern professional. She also gives workshops on different topics such as life and career transition, time management and organizational skills, communication skills, leadership and courage, and so on.

Susan has been featured on WCBS, WNBC, and writes a monthly column for a digital forum.

We invite all coaches wanting to build their practice to join us for the Business Development Community of Practice meeting. Please register so we can plan for seating.
