Technology and social media shape the way we run our businesses and serve our customers. Tools that, in many cases, were only available to the largest enterprises are now available to even the smallest businesses and are leveling the playing field. This is both empowering to businesses as well as challenging since the fast pace and consumerization of technology means that being good at your job is no longer enough to stay ahead in business.

In this presentation, Adam Lowe will give you an overview of some of the most effective tools that are available today. He'll share ways that you can use technology to save time and work more efficiently, provide better service to your clients, and set yourself apart from a crowded marketplace.

Learning Objectives

The goal of this presentation isn't to make you an expert on any particular product, methodology, or service. Rather, it's to give you an idea of what’s possible and how you can start making some simple changes that will have a major impact on your business.

We invite all coaches wanting to build their practice to join us for the Business Development Community of Practice meeting. Please register so we can plan for seating.
