1.5 CCEUs in Resource Development

Join Margaret and Donna for an interactive discussion on the lessons we’ve learned and the mistakes we’ve made over the years, including:

  • Picking a niche and sticking with it

  • Operating with a “full practice” mentality

  • Proven ways to fill your prospect pipeline

  • Back office – where to spend and where to save

  • Setting your fees and other money matters

Margaret Wilson is a leadership coach and OD professional who started a consulting and coaching firm in 2000 with a lot of optimism and little else – no clients, no work product and no clue what it would take to build a business. Twenty years later, she’s still learning and still growing her original business, Tandem Partners, as well as CopreneurCPR, a company offering coaching for couples in business.

Donna Jones Daley is Managing Partner of Noble Resource Associates. As a Global Leadership Career Strategist, Donna assists her professional clients in expanding their capacity to lead change within their dynamic business organizations. Donna has obtained invaluable operational, financial and strategic planning experience as a corporate tax attorney in a Fortune 500 media company and business advisor in a Big 4 Firm. Strategic thinking is both an art and a science. Donna supports her clients in achieving mastery in both dimensions.

We invite all coaches wanting to build their practice to join us for the Business Development Community of Practice meeting. Please register so we can plan for seating.
