Coaching relies on intuition and metaphor to access our client’s deeper wisdom. Using simple art techniques, this class will:

  • Deepen Coaching Presence

  • Expand Client awareness and

  • Design successful, “just right” action steps

You are invited to engage in the creative process in order to connect with the Creative Source and your own intuition. We will use intention, art making, writing and reflection in a safe space, with no critique and no comments.

This class is based on the Open Studio Process. This type of art, known as Process Art, focuses on the creative journey of art-making, rather than producing a particular end result. Any level of art experience - including no experience - is welcome.

All materials will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Please bring a journal and a pen.
